Terms and Conditions of Use
These terms of order and use apply to the Goflybuy Inc online store at www.gfb.miami
When ordering products from the online store, the user agrees to these conditions.

Transactions in the online store
You can make purchases in the online store if you are over 18 years old. After placing the order and accepting the order and delivery conditions, you will receive a binding order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided with the order. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order.
The subscriber is responsible for using his account and password and for their careful storage. The subscriber undertakes to provide the correct information in connection with the order.
The content of the online store (including drawings, images, sounds, movies, graphics and text) is the property of GFB Holidays Miami and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The user does not have the right to download, edit, transfer, transmit, copy or sell the content of the online store or part of it without GFB Written permission granted in advance by Holidays Miami The user has the right to print and download these terms and conditions for his personal use.
Payment is made using the payment portal or invoicing on the order confirmation page. The available payment methods are:
• Credit and Debit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB, Unionpay, Discover, Maestro, CartesBankaires.
• Mobile payments: (Apple pay, PayPal, Alipay, google pay)
In the Goflybuy store, all payment connections are protected with SSL encryption. When paying with Visa Electron, the Verified by Visa service for online payments must be activated. All credit card payments are verified and if the verification is not successful, the GFB Holidays Miami online store reserves the right to reject the order.t:
The price of the product is the price that is displayed for the product at the time of ordering in the online store. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order if, for example, there are changes in the availability of the product or if there is a clear price error in the pricing of the product (e.g. if the price of the product is missing).
Digital online store products do not have delivery or handling costs or they are included in the price
For physical products, (e.g. for holiday gifts) Delivery and handling costs for domestic deliveries are $8.90 per order. Pickup orders from the store are free. The costs are shown in the shopping cart.
For DHL Express deliveries abroad, order-specific delivery and handling costs are charged as follows: $15 (intra-EU deliveries) and $25 (outside-EU deliveries).
If the products are delivered outside the EU, the user is responsible for possible customs, import or other fees. Customs clearance practices vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. If the product has to be cleared by customs, the customer is responsible for all related costs and understands that customs clearance may cause a delay in the original delivery time estimate.
Goflybuy processes incoming orders within two (1) business days. The delivery time depends on the product, its availability, the chosen delivery method and the delivery address. The delivery methods that can be selected for domestic deliveries are: (Physical content in the products if there are any)
• Pick-up from Posti package point. The package will be delivered to the selected Posti parcel machine within 1-3 business days of the order, and the Customer will be sent a text message with the code to open the compartment when the package is available for pickup. The parcel can be picked up from the parcel machine during the opening hours of the selected machine with the compartment opening code.
International deliveries are made using the DHL Express service, and the delivery time depends on the destination country, usually a few days. (physical content in the products)
When GoFlybuy mails the order, the Subscriber receives a link to the e-mail address he provided with the order to track the progress of the order. Shipments are insured. If the delivery of the product is significantly delayed, GoFlybuy's customer service will contact the customer at the email address provided during the order. GFB Holidays Miami reserves the right to deliver the products ordered at the same time separately if necessary.

GoFlybuy reserves the right to refuse an order if necessary, for both digital and physical products. In such a case, the payment will be returned to the subscriber within 30 days.
The Goflybuy Inc customer register records a person who has registered on the GFB Holidays Miami website and/or purchased products from our website and has not prohibited GFB Holidays Miami from marketing. In addition, the register contains people who ordered the newsletter from our website.
Order cancellation and product returns
if the order has not yet been delivered, the customer should contact Goflybuy Inc customer service by email. The e-mail must state the subscriber's name, address and order number. GFB Holidays Miami will refund the payment of the cancelled order within 30 days. The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right of return does not apply to products that have been purchased, for example, directly from the business gift department of your London office.
The customer has the right to return the product in the following cases: (i) the order has been cancelled in accordance with these order and delivery conditions by notifying Goflybuy Inc customer service firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the product or the product has been cancelled or returned in accordance with GFB Holidays Miami's cancellation and return instructions within 14 days of delivery; (ii) the product is in the same condition as it was when delivered and all delivered parts are included in the package; (physical product.) The product must be returned to Goflybuy Inc as soon as possible after cancellation using GoFlybuy instructions for return transport. Any damages that may have occurred to the product during the return delivery are the responsibility of the returner. If the product is defective or damaged during shipment, the customer must notify GFB Holidays Miami's customer service as soon as the defect is noticed.
Goflybuy Inc strives to replace the defective product with a new one, but if this is not possible, Goflybuy Inc will refund the amount paid to the customer, including the price of the product and shipping costs.
Reimbursement is made after the fault has been verified. The customer is recommended to contact Goflybuy Inc customer service if they would like more detailed instructions on the matter.
Goflybuy Inc is not responsible for delays or damages caused by an obstacle beyond its control, which it could not have reasonably foreseen or the consequences of which it cannot avoid. Such an overwhelming obstacle (Force Majeure) is considered e.g. fires, industrial action, wars, natural disasters, interventions by authorities, disruptions in transport, subcontractors, equipment, software, browser or network connection.
Goflybuy Inc is not responsible for indirect damages unless they are caused by willful infringement or gross negligence.
Applicable law and possible disputes
These terms and conditions have been drawn up in compliance with United Kingdom law. Any disputes are resolved in the United Kingdom, in the District Court of the UK. If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service.
